If you must cancel 48 hours or more before a class, I will be glad to put your payment toward another class.
If you cancel within 48 hours of the class, I'll do my best to fill your spot from my standby list, if I have one.
If I do have someone that can fill the spot, your payment can be put toward a future class, but if not, it will be forfeited. :(
Most classes have a minimum number of students in order for the class to "make" and there is also a maximum number of students.
Unfortunately, if you have to stop participating in a painting session, it's not my policy to give that time back since I've dedicated my time and supplies to that block of time.
Hourly classes are per hour, and the minimum is 3 hours. Please understand that when the session goes over 3 hours, it's understood that you will pay for the time over the 3 hours. I always give and extra 1/2 hour for free, just because I want to be kind, but please, let's keep it to 3 hours or so, if it's not in your budget to pay for more time. (No private classes are available at this time)
